LS Swap Oil Pan Guide: Which Pan Clears Your Car

Updated October 22, 2026 · Numbers from the free LSBlueprints calculator at October 2026 prices. Estimates, not quotes.

The oil pan decides whether an LS clears your crossmember. Most GM muscle-car swaps use a Holley 302-2 or 302-1, 4WD trucks need a 4WD pan like the 302-4, and imports use the pan that comes with their swap kit.
